Now, as for the 1949 CJ 3a, we picked that up in May 2018 from a family friend of my wife’s. It was “restored” back in 1982 and has been living in a barn and driving around the POs farm since then. It is in really good shape. Since picking it up, I have done little things like add mirrors and mount the spare on the rear passenger side. I also ran fuel hose around the metal fuel lines to help insulate them to stop a vapor lock issue I was having.
