I already had a adjustable double shear track bar and frame mount on the front and used a JKS adjustable track bar on the rear. I also had jks bar pin eliminators on the front shocks and they were reused with the new lift. The pictures are not in any order and were taken with a cell phone, sorry about the quality.

My new rims arrived Mon. and lug nut arrived on Tues and I had them installed this morning. They are Black Rock type 16 matte black in 15x8 with 4 inch back space. Now when I wear out these 31's I'll be ready to go to at least a 32/1150

Well here we go again http://www.scc4x4.com/forum/showthread.php/1668-Miss Coming home from work last night and Jeep starts missing a little, back firing thru throttle body and I get a check engine light. Get home and hooked up scanner, it shows miss on cylinder 6. Went out and drove around the block this morning and seems to be running okay now. The miss wasn't like before so I'm hoping it was just a little moisture causing it. Think I might drive my son's Sportage to work today and in the morning I'll pull the plugs and check them. Thanks guys for the compliments.

Replaced injector today and fixed problem. When I removed the injector that was in there it came out real easy, I believe that there was an air leak in the o ring. I tested across the plug on all the injectors with a multitester and came up with 12 to 12.3 ohms which the service manual says should be 12 ohms + or - 1.2 ohms so the injector wasn't shorted and should have been working. This time with the miss it was back firing thru the throttle body and the miss was most severe pulling at part throttle, at WOT and idle it was hard to notice. I hope it stays fixed this time so I can move on to better things.

I was gonna paint the chrome grille black but I found one for 45.00 shipped. This turned out better this way and if I get tired of the black I can swap back to the chrome one.

My new Thrush Turbo, should be good for 20 hp. hahaha Original muffler was splitting down the side, but it had done it's job for 137000 miles.

Got Grand back from Chuck on tues. afternoon. All the bearings looked great, ring and pinion looked good. Needed both inner axle seals, so had those installed and new CV axle shafts along with new unit bearings. Noise is coming from transfercase, I thought this might be the case but I needed to rule out the front diff. after what I found last April when I put the diff. skids on........Got lucky no damage was done, must have been just enough oil in it. Gotta replace the new muffler again, the inlet broke loose from the case and is letting the whole muffler turn and the tailpipe is beating against the shock. Cheap Thrush muffler, sounds pretty good but I don't want replace every year. Missed the warranty by 6 days.....figures. Saturday is supposed to be nice so I'll swap mufflers and install new brake pads on the front.

Fixed the old muffler while trying to take it off. Put new brake pads on friday, went with Wearever Titanium ceramic. So far a definite improvement in braking and no noise.

I'm a NP242 fan myself after putting one in my Cherokee. They made one for the H1 Humvee you can use Jeep parts to convert to have the 2wd position and is rated for 11k GVWR. I'm thinking about putting one in a pickup if I can find one.

Had my transfer case rebuilt last Wed. Installed new bearings and seals and had a new chain for it but the pitch was wrong. The old chain was in fine shape so it was reused. Refilled with Royal Purple ATF Max. Also had new universals installed in the rear drive shaft. The work was done by Chuck at Automotive Service Center here in Salem.

My son and I swapped in another rearend today. Went pretty good, had to replace sway bar end links when one of the original ones that Sean and had reused ( I replaced one when we lifted it) and didn't want to mess with the other one. Need to bleed the brakes again but will fool with that tommorow. Drove and this rearend is quiet.
